Begum Ra'ana Liaquat Ali Khan was a pioneer of women's empowerment in Pakistan. She founded APWA to provide a platform for the social and economic uplift of women. She was also the first woman to serve as an ambassador for Pakistan (to the Netherlands) and the first female Governor of a province (Sindh). Her contribution to the rehabilitation of refugees in 1947 remains a landmark in the country's social history.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the sole spokesperson for the Muslim League during the final negotiations for independence. He dealt with the Cabinet Mission of 1946 and later with Lord Mountbatten in 1947. Nawab Viqar-ul-Mulk was a prominent leader of the Aligarh Movement and a founding member of the Muslim League. He served as the Secretary of the MAO College and succeeded Nawab Mohsin-ul-Mulk as a leader of the Muslim community. He was a staunch defender of Muslim rights and played a key role in the early organizational phase of the League, emphasizing that Muslims must not depend on others for their political survival.

Liaquat Ali Khan was the longest-serving General Secretary of the All-India Muslim League. He was appointed in 1936 and held the position until independence. He was the organizational backbone of the party, managing its administrative affairs, funds, and correspondence while Jinnah provided the strategic leadership. Jinnah often called him his 'right hand' due to his absolute loyalty and competence.

Maulana Mazharuddin Shaheed, a prominent journalist and leader, first used the title 'Quaid-e-Azam' (The Great Leader) for Jinnah in his newspaper 'Al-Aman' in 1938. The title quickly became popular among the Muslim masses as they recognized Jinnah's unique and selfless leadership. Later, the title was officially recognized and became synonymous with Jinnah's name in history and national discourse.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the architect of the 1916 Lucknow Pact. He worked tirelessly to find a common ground between the Congress and the League to pressure the British for self-rule. His success in getting the Congress to recognize separate electorates was a major diplomatic victory and established him as the preeminent leader of the Muslims, even while he was still a member of both parties.

Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy was a towering political figure from Bengal. He served as the Chief Minister of united Bengal in 1946 and was a key organizer of the Muslim League in the East. After independence, he moved to West Pakistan and eventually became the 5th Prime Minister in 1956. He is celebrated for his role in the 1956 Constitution and his advocacy for parliamentary democracy and provincial autonomy.

The Lucknow Pact of 1916 was a landmark agreement between the Indian National Congress and the All-India Muslim League. It was primarily brokered by Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Under this pact, the Congress accepted the principle of separate electorates for Muslims, and both parties agreed to present joint demands to the British government for constitutional reforms. At this time, Jinnah was hailed as the 'Ambassador of Hindu-Muslim Unity'.

Malik Ghulam Muhammad was the first Finance Minister of Pakistan. He was an experienced financier who managed the country's early economic crises and was instrumental in the establishment of the State Bank of Pakistan in 1948. Although he later became the third Governor-General and his tenure was marked by political instability, his role in setting up the country's financial infrastructure in 1947 was significant.

Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar was one of the most trusted lieutenants of Quaid-e-Azam. Hailing from Peshawar, he represented the Muslim League in the 1947 partition negotiations. After independence, he served as the Minister for Communications and later became the first Pakistani Governor of West Punjab (1949-1951). He was a man of great integrity and is remembered as a pillar of the early Pakistani state.
